Each DLead cohort is composed of a talented group of fundraising professionals in similar roles across varying Jewish organizations. These highly specialized networks serve as sounding boards, idea generators and support systems to members. Through year-round engagement opportunities, cohort members lift each other up — working together to shape the future of the Jewish world.

Selection Criteria

Members must:

Serve as the senior development professional at a Jewish communal/Israel organization that raises $3 million+ annually from a national portfolio of donors
Oversee at least one fundraising professional
Have at least 5 years management experience

Senior Major Gifts Fundraisers Cohort

Selection Criteria

Members must:

Serve as a Senior Major Gifts Fundraiser responsible for raising gifts at the five-figure and above level for a national Jewish communal/Israel organization with a charity rating of 3 stars or above
Have at least 5 years of direct fundraising experience

Selection Criteria

Members must:

Serve as a grant writer for a Jewish communal/Israel organization that raises at least $3 million annually
Have at least 3 years grant writing experience
