DLead Cohorts

Do you ever wish you had a network of like-minded fundraising professionals who face the same obstacles you do, day in and day out?

A group that understands your goals as well as your hurdles? People who truly get it?

DLead makes that dream reality. Our cohorts build community, surface challenges and provide a space to share best practices as we navigate the ever-changing world of Jewish fundraising. Each DLead cohort is composed of a talented group of fundraising professionals in similar roles across varying Jewish organizations. These highly specialized networks serve as sounding boards, idea generators and support systems to members. Through year-round engagement opportunities, cohort members lift each other up — working together to shape the future of the Jewish world.

FAQ

Why join a cohort?

Cohorts are where the real DLead magic happens. Almost immediately you will have a new network of colleagues facing the same challenges you are on a day to day basis. Plus you will have access to additional opportunities to accelerate your career like DLead Select

What is the selection process?

In order to maximize the experience for our cohort members, we limit the number of development professionals in each group. Our application process ensures that all cohort members share similar professional experience and challenges.

How much does it cost to join?

Thanks to the generosity of the Schusterman Family Philanthropies, there is currently no cost to join a DLead Cohort.

Where do I apply?

Click here to apply. We will update you on your application status within 2-3 weeks.

What if I want to join a cohort that isn't listed under Cohorts in Formation?

Great! Please click here, choose the third option and let us know what cohort you would be interested in joining (e.g. what is your title). If there is enough interest, we will do our best to make it happen.

“Fundraising can be a lonely job. Having a community of peers to share best practices, seek advice, and understand what is happening across the Jewish spectrum has made me a better professional.”
